Falling in Love with Morocco & Starting a Business with Tessa Pinner from Broaden Goods

Download directlyon iTunesor Stitcher.

This week on the podcast we are joined by Tessa Pinner from Broaden Goods. Tessa has been traveling since she was young, and although she’s always loved to travel, she never expected to start a travel-inspired business.

On a trip to Morocco 3 years ago, Tessa and her husband fell so in love with Fez that they decided that they wanted to bring products from Fez back to the United States. Their love of the people, culture, and products sparked the idea for what is now Broaden Goods.

On this episode, Tessa shares how she fell in love with travel, and what made her fall in love with Morocco. She also shares where the idea for Broaden Goods came from and what it was like to actually go about working with locals to create goods that they could sell in the United States, as well as what she learned through that process.

Enjoy!
