If you’re planning to travel to a 3rd world country, you should probably get comfortable talking about diarrhea! This episode is a great start, as we hold back nothing! However, please note that we are not doctors, and that everything we discuss in this episode is experiential and opinion based 🙂

We share with your our experiences visiting travel clinics, travel medications we’ve been prescribed, as well as our experiences with malaria, altitude sickness, and getting sick in countries such as Colombia, Bolivia and Thailand.
