Costa Rica is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. With its tropical climate, incredible nature, great surf, and magical sunsets it has enamored travelers for decades.

This week on the show we are breaking down our trip to Costa Rica. Costa Rica has a lot to offer and a lot of places to visit so this will be the first of two episodes with a focus on the first half of our trip and specifically our time staying in Nosara and Santa Teresa (next week we’ll cover Monteverde, La Fortuna, and San Jose).

We’ll talk about what we did and where we went, how we planned and (tried to) budgeted for our trip there, our adventures driving a rental car in Costa Rica, and the pros and cons and cons of traveling in the coastal region of the country.
