Are you interested in traveling South America? Despite the stigma around it, don’t cross Colombia off the list of potential places to visit just yet. We started our 6 month backpacking trip in Colombia, and we regret nothing – in fact, we ended up falling madly in love with the country! On this episode of the podcast, we discuss the travel stigmas around Colombia, our experiences in Colombia, how we quickly fell in love with the country, and how the country helped us to quickly fall back in love with traveling again. Join us as we share with you what we did, where we went, what we ate, what we learned, travel obstacles and cultural differences that we overcame while in Colombia. We will also share with you our mutual love affair for the city of Medellin, what we did while we were in Medellin, and what we would do if (more like when) we went back.
