We’ve travelled quite a bit in the last few years. We’ve stayed at a lot of different hostels, tried various forms of gear, booked a lot of busses, planes and trains, and we’ve learned a thing or two along the way. To help you get the best bang for your buck and save you some time, we’ve created this list of resources of things that we recommend for you.

*The Mimic Method
Ryan discovered the Mimic Method a number of years ago and used it to help him improve his Spanish accent. We had the pleasure of interviewing the founder, Idahosa Ness, and are excited to be affiliated with The Mimic Method, as we truly believe it’s one of the best ways to learn a language. If you want to become a pro at speaking like a native, sign up for The Mimic Mehod here.

With the convenience of FaceTime and iMessage, traveling with an iPhone makes keeping in touch with family and friends that much easier. It’s also a convenient way to take photos and post to social media.
Both Amanda & Ryan have Mac Books, and they love them. They’re a bit heavier to travel with than an iPad or an iPhone, but they give you all the functionality you need while on the road, especially if you are planning to work abroad.
